How Loop Works

Loop Apparel was born from this idea that there must be a better way to style our kids who consistently outgrow their clothes. A way that's better for parents, kids, and Mother Nature.

There are two ways you can participate to do good and feel good:

One Time Purchase:

1. Buy It 

All our apparel is made with 100% organic cotton and dyes so that they're kind not only to the planet, but also to your kid's skin.

2. Wear It

Have your kid wear and play in our clothes for as long as they fit. Our tees are made with heavyweight fabric for durability.

3. Trade It In

Whenever your kid outgrows the Loop item and you want to get rid of it responsibly, let us know by filling out this form and get a 10% discount on your next purchase with us! We'd be happy to take it back in any condition (although we'd appreciate it if you can give it one last clean before sending it in the mail). We'll either refresh it and find a new family for it, or recycle it properly to make sure that it doesn't end up in a landfill. Shipping charges may apply.

Subscribe to Save Even More and Automate the Process:

1. Subscribe 🔔 

Add any item(s) to your cart by choosing "Subscribe and Save". When you subscribe, you save 20% and get free shipping. You have full control and flexibility to edit, pause, or skip any upcoming orders through your Accounts page based on when your kid outgrows the clothes and need to size up.

2. Wear It 👕

Have your kid wear and play in our clothes and don't worry about rips and stains. We have kids ourselves and understand that life happens. About 6 months after your order, we'll check in with you to see if you're ready for the next size up. If the current clothes still fits and you want to postpone sizing-up, or want a new shirt but in the same size, no problem. Head over to your Account page where you can always edit or skip your next order as needed.  

3. Size Up 📈

We'll ship out the next size up based on your subscription details. Along with the new item, we'll pack a return shipping label to make it easy for you to send us back the worn clothes for free.

4. Send Back ↩️

All you have to do is pack the worn, outgrown clothes back in the mailer, stick the return shipping label on it, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location. 

You can return the worn items in whatever condition that it's in. We'll assess things on our end to either refresh it and resell it on our site so that we extend the life of it for as long as possible, or if it's too damaged we'll recycle them responsibly with our partners so that they don't end up filling landfills.
