Returns and Refunds

For One Time Purchases:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, and the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Email us at returns@wearloop.co and include your "Order Number" in the email.
  2. We will reply to your email with a return address.
  3. Pack and drop off the item(s) with a shipping carrier that's most convenient for you (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc), as return shipping is not free and you will be responsible for those shipping charges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that any original related shipping costs will not be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@wearloop.co.

For New Subscriptions:

If you're looking to cancel your new subscription plan and return item(s) for a refund, you can do so within the first 30 days of starting your plan. 

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, and the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Email us at returns@wearloop.co and include your "Subscription Number" (not Order Number) in the email.
  2. We will reply to your email with a return address.
  3. Pack and drop off the item(s) with a shipping carrier that's most convenient for you (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc), as return shipping is not free and you will be responsible for those shipping charges.
  4. We will cancel your subscription plan.

For Existing Subscriptions:

If you are returning item(s) at the end of your subscription period because your kid has outgrown the clothes, and you have an upcoming order associated with the subscription, return shipping is free. Here's how the process works:

  1. Seven (7) days prior to your upcoming subscription order, you'll receive an email from us reminding you of your upcoming order.
  2. We'll ship out the next size up based on your subscription plan, and include a return shipping label in the mailer.
  3. Once you receive the new item(s), pack the outgrown item(s) in the mailer that you just received (it would be greatly appreciated if you can wash them prior to sending it back to us).
  4. Stick the included return shipping label to the mailer.
  5. Drop it off at a convenient USPS post office or blue collection box.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@wearloop.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

For One Time Purchases:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at hello@wearloop.co and let us know that you'd like to exchange item(s). You'll be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, and any associated shipping costs. Once the return and refund is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

For Subscriptions:

If you're looking to exchange/swap item(s) within an existing subscription plan:

  1. Head over to your "Accounts" page
  2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Swap out products in your plan and click "Order Now".
  4. We'll send over a pre-paid shipping label for you to send us back the item(s) you are looking to swap.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel an order if we receive notice within 24 hours of purchase and we have not fulfilled your order yet. Please let us know via email (hello@wearloop.co) and let us know you'd like to cancel an order and provide us with your "Order Number" or "Subscription Number" if you had subscribed to our item(s).
