Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, but we are only human and appreciate your understanding if we do face potential delays due to high volume of orders or issues outside of our control. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make a conscious effort to reduce the amount of packing materials when we ship our items, and use eco-friendly mailers made of 100% recycled paper.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping for One-Time orders totaling over $75 or if you Subscribe to item(s).

For non-subscription orders under $75, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size and weight of the package.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wearloop.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@wearloop.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a solution.

What if I’m sending back items I subscribed to?

If you’re returning items you subscribed to because your child has outgrown them, shipping is free to send those items back to us so we can refresh or recycle the item as needed. 

Keep an eye out for an email from us reminding you of your Upcoming Order and that it’s time to send the item back to us. We'll include a return shipping label with your Next Order so all you have to do is pack the outgrown clothes, stick on the label, and drop off the package at your most convenient USPS location.
