FAQ

What's your return and refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can read more about it on our Returns Policy Page.

What's your shipping policy?

Shipping is free for Subscribers or for One-time purchases totaling over $100.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, but we are only human and appreciate your understanding if we do face potential delays due to high volume of orders or issues outside of our control. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You can read more about it on our Shipping Policy Page.

What materials and fabric are the clothes made of?

We use 100% organic cotton and dyes for all of our apparel. We work with a factory that uses organic cotton because it's a more sustainable and ethical method of producing cotton. Organic cotton doesn't use any synthetic chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides. It also requires less water and preserves the soil quality of the land compared to conventional cotton.

The end result isn't just a safer and sustainable way of farming, but also clothes that are of higher-quality, safer on your kid's skin, and a more durable fabric compared to conventional cotton.

How do the clothes fit?

Check out our Size Chart Page to see how our shirts measure up.

Are your clothes for girls or boys?

Both! We have deliberately chosen a gender-neutral cut with unisex colors.

What's the best way to wash and care for the clothes?

Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low.

How does the Loop Subscription work?

We tried to keep the process as simple as possible for you as a parent.

  1. Choose the subscription plan that's right for you when you add items to your cart.
  2. Let your kids wear and play in our clothes.
  3. As you near the end of your subscription period, we'll send you a reminder of your upcoming order.
  4. We'll automatically fulfill your upcoming order and send you the next size up of the item(s) in your subscription plan along with a return shipping label so you can send us back the worn, outgrown clothes free and easily.

You can learn more about it here.

Can I send back outgrown items if I initially bought them as a "One Time Purchase" and not on a subscription plan?

Of course! We'd be happy to take back any Loop items so that we can recycle them properly and keep them out of any landfills. Simply email us at hello@wearloop.co and let us know that you want to send items back to us, and we'll email you a return shipping label. All you have to do then is print it out, pack the item, and drop it off at a convenient USPS location.

What happens to the worn clothes I send back?

We inspect and grade every item that gets sent back to us. If it's in a condition that we feel can be resold (i.e. no stains, no rips, no holes, etc), we wash and steam them and put them back on our site under the "Refreshed" section. If the item is too damaged or not up to par to be resold, we'll properly recycle them so that it doesn't end up in a landfill.

Can you tell me more about how the used clothes are recycled?

We have recycling partner who takes clothes that are too damaged to be refreshed. They take our used textiles, shred them so they can recycle the fiber for other products such as stuffing for furniture, insulation, carpet padding, etc. Bottom line, we ensure that Loop items don't end up in a landfill.

How can I get in touch if I have more questions or feedback?
