Why should I send back the outgrown items?

Rather than build piles of your kid's outgrown clothes, or add to the garbage truck full of clothes that end up in landfills every second, let us deal with it. We'll either extend the life of it by refreshing and finding a new family for it, or responsibly recycle it so that it won't fill landfills.

What happens to the outgrown items I send back?

Once we receive the outgrown item from you, we assess its condition. If it's in good condition, we'll refresh and resell it on our site to find a new family for it. If it's too damaged, we have recycling partners in place so we can ensure that the clothes won't end up filling landfills.

What condition do the item(s) have to be in?

We take back our items in any condition. If it's not too much to ask, it'll be great if you can wash it one last time before you drop it in the mail.

What do I get for sending outgrown Loop items back?

Can I send non-Loop Apparel items?

Unfortunately no, we only accept worn and outgrown items from Loop Apparel. But hit us up if you need help finding ways to responsibly get rid of outgrown clothes.
